Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (live in/out dependant)
Our clients have a high-end, highly reputable private residential development in St Johns Wood. There is an opportunity for a live-in position which will come with one-bedroom accommodation and living expenses paid with a salary of £35,000. There is consideration on a non-live in basis with a salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience levels.
In order to qualify for this position, whether on a live-in or live-out basis, all applicants must have held a similar position previously and have a strong proven track record and history of leading, managing and motivating a small team of staff.
You would be responsible for the on-site staff, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and ensuring that all services and activities are carried out efficiently, meeting the standards and requirements of the company.
Must be assertive, organised and excellent at managing relationships between staff, residents, contractors and managing agents. Must have excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Main duties will include:
- Ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services at the development
- Building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues
- Conducting regular site inspections and operations
- Acting as the main point of contact for all queries from residents and guests
- Helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development
The Head Porter must have basic knowledge of building maintenance systems, an understanding of the principal aspects of leaseholders and landlords covenants under the terms of their leases, and a working knowledge of Health and Safety to include COSHH and RIDDOR, and carrying out risk assessments.
