We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner/Estate Operative to join a high end residential building near Embankment. This is an immediate start role, initially on a temporary basis, working Sunday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm.
The position involves waste and recycling collection on Sundays, with the rest of the week focused on maintaining excellent standards across communal areas, including cleaning, general upkeep, and external duties such as litter picking and leaf clearance. You will also maintain lighting and contractor facilities, report any health and safety or maintenance issues, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and experience using cleaning equipment, who can work both independently and as part of a team. Start ASAP!
