Immediate start available on a temp to perm basis.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive building maintenance.
- Minor maintenance tasks such as replacement of defective light bulbs, minor plumbing maintenance such as sourcing and isolating building leaks, unblocking drains, painting and decorating.
- Inspect and maintain exterior doors, lubricate door hinges and check locks and door closers functioning correctly.
- Perform routine fire safety and health and safety building checks, procedures and reporting.
- Update records and generally communicate effectively and positively with all team members.
Qualifications:
- Great team player with an excellent command of English.
- At least two years' previous experience in a maintenance role.
- Experience in planned preventative maintenance (PPM) checks.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Strong customer service skills.
