We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Estate Manager who has a demonstrable track record in managing the day to day operations of large private residential leasehold estates. Working with very high standards and taking a hands-on, frontline approach with the ability to lead, develop and motivate a team. This position involves the effective management of maintenance, gardens, company assets, cleaning, security, heating, utilities, health and safety and incident response. As a key representative of the estate, the Estate Manager fosters positive relationships with residents, staff and external contractors to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the estate. You must have experience of M&E, contract and procurement management as well as managing CAPEX plans, service charge budgets and major works with a full and thorough understanding of Health and Safety compliance. Sound knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act and achieved membership of TPI qualifications is advantageous.
Must have financial service charge budgeting experience and a proven residential block management industry experience.
