We are seeking a confident and experienced “hands-on” Day Duty Manager to take the lead in delivering an exceptional resident experience whilst managing daily operations with professionalism and precision at this luxury, modern residential development in Nine Elms.
As the Day Duty Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the building’s operations—leading a dedicated concierge team, maintaining the highest service standards, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests alike.
Key duties will include:
- Leading and inspiring the concierge team
- Building strong relationships with residents, guests, contractors, and colleagues
