We are seeking a highly polished Assistant Concierge to support a team at a high-end residential apartment block in Kensington. The role will involve valet parking and therefore to fulfil insurance requirements all applicants must be over the age of 25 and have held a full clean driving licence for more than 2 years and be a confident driver for both manual and automatic vehicles.
Hours will be no less than 40 hours per week on a shift rota basis (hours will be a combination of 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 9am to 5pm, 7am to 7pm). You would be working in a team and responsible for:
- Operations of the entrance lobbies and front desks covering staff breaks
- Running errands
- Carrying luggage/shopping bags
- Handling deliveries
- Administration
- Escorting visitors and contractors
- Conducting building checks
- Supporting the residents, concierge and management team with their ever-changing needs
We are looking for a good multitasker with excellent communication skills. Applicants must display impeccable personal presentation, excellent manners and customer service skills, excellent English communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
