We are seeking a polished customer service orientated team player with an excellent command of English communication skills to support the front of house team in providing an excellent five star service to the residents of a high end private residential block of flats.
Hours will be no less than 40 hours per week on a shift rota basis (hours will be 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm on a 5 days on 2 days off rota with two days off each week).
You would be working in a team and responsible for operations of the entrance lobby and front desk. You will spend the most part of your day on your feet running errands, hailing taxis, delivering parcels, assisting the Concierge Team, opening the doors and carrying bags for residents.
Applicants must display impeccable personal presentation, excellent manners and customer service skills, must have a strong proven track record and the ability to work well in a team.
The ideal candidate will have some exposure of working in a five star residence, hotel environment or have excellent retail experience with outstanding customer service skills.
