Hours - 7.30am to 7.30pm Saturdays and Sundays plus 7.30am to 3.30pm on Mondays.
Salary - £21500 per annum based on £12.92 per hour. Overtime readily available to cover other permanent staff hours midweek.

The role is based at the Gate House of a massive 57 acre private residential development. The gate house at the entrance of the development has the estate manager's office, the Concierge Office plus staffroom facilities where you would be based throughout.
The job description is detailed and more tuned into front of house reception and administration, hospitality type duties more so than security as they have a security team to deal with CCTV and patrolling.
This concierge service will provide lifestyle services upon request by residents and deal with deliveries, visitors etc.
