Location: Mayfair, London W1 | Hours: Mon-Fri | Salary: £45k-£70k
Responsibilities:
- Contract administration of refurbishment and repair projects
- Preparation of specifications and condition reports
- Reinstatement cost assessments
- Defect analysis
- Section 20 consultation processes
- JCT contracts
- Contractor liaison
- Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years building surveying experience
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage instructions independently
- MRICS or working towards chartership preferred
