The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.
We are in urgent need of a top notch, experienced, hands-on Caretaker to work at a lovely residential development in Watford. Your main duties will include:
- Sweeping
- Litter picking
- Rotating and pulling bins out for refuse collection
- Cleaning and disinfecting bin stores
- Logging and reporting any incidents of disrepair immediately to the Managing Agent, including all building defects, plumbing, heating and lighting defects
- Carrying out any maintenance work such as minor repairs, gardening, painting and changing light bulbs
The successful candidate will have:
- Direct experience from working as a Caretaker
- Good manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A good knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
- Basic experience in painting & decorating, gardening
