Experienced Building Manager needed to be the primary point of contact for this luxury residential development in Marylebone. You will be required to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective operation of all common areas and building systems.

The Building Manager will deliver high-quality concierge-style service, maintain property standards, manage staff and contractors and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and lease covenants.

Duties will include:

  • Inspiring and leading a team of Concierge staff
  • Working effectively with contractors
  • Identifying innovative and efficient ways to deliver a world-class lifestyle concierge provision
  • Chairing and participating in team and contractor meetings
  • Ensuring agreed Key Performance Indicators for internal and third-party contracts are being evaluated and recorded
  • Increasing H&S awareness and promoting a positive H&S culture
  • Managing the site budget

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years prior experience in a similar role, familiarity with residential building documentation including the lease, ASTs, Mechanical and Engineering manuals, drawings, engineer reports, compliance certificates and PPM planners, excellent professional communication skills, and be proactive and personable.
