This is an office based role working in South West London for a residential block management company providing a personalised and bespoke property management service to high-end and super prime residential buildings in London.

The Associate Director will work closely with the Director to deliver the level of service expected of clients and support growth, and will also manage a portfolio of buildings.

Main duties include:

  • Team management
  • Assisting with operational strategies and implementation
  • Overseeing compliance with industry regulations, best practices and company policies
  • Management of own portfolio (legal, maintenance, repairs, major works, HR, financial, Health and Fire Safety)

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience at Senior Property Management level, experience in delivering high end residential block management, team management experience, at least APTI qualification, financial and technical acumen, and proficient level of IT skills.
