Assistant Concierge 40 hours per week Chelsea SW3 £34,500 Our client is recruiting for a new Concierge Assistant to join their team.
This is a front of house supporting role to the concierge team in providing an excellent five star service to the residents of a high end private residential block of apartments.
Hours will be no less than 40 hours per week on a shift rota basis over 7 days (hours will be 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 9am to 5pm, 7am to 7pm on a rotation of shifts with 2 days off a week, average of 40 hours per week and 5.6 weeks holidays per year.
Duties will be to provide customer service in the lobby and at the front desk dealing with the ever changing needs of the residents which may including hailing taxis, delivering parcels, taking luggage up to the apartments, assisting the Concierge Team and covering the front desk during break times, opening the doors and carrying bags for residents, escorting building contractors appointed to conduct works, escorting visitors ensuring their needs are met.
Be ready and available to assist residents as priority.
Applicants must have previous experience of working in a high end establishment either residential, hotel or VIP hospitality.
Applicants must display impeccable personal presentation, excellent manners and customer service skills, excellent English communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
