Super smart Afternoon Porter required at this luxury private residential block situated close to Victoria Station. You must have excellent front of house reception skills, the ability to forge good relationships, have a keen eye for detail and be effortlessly service orientated. You would be the first point of contact for the residents and therefore must have excellent communication skills.
Other duties include:
- Holding keys
- Taking deliveries
- Carrying parcels & shopping
- Greeting, screening and escorting visitors
- Reporting any health and safety issues
- Ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy
You must have previous 5* customer service experience, good IT skills and a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation.
