We are looking for an Afternoon Concierge to work within a residential development in London. You will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests, and external contractors, serving as the first and primary point of contact for all queries.
Your key day-to-day duties will include:
- Being stationed at the front of the building
- Handling enquiries
- Opening the door
- Conducting security patrols
- Ensuring that the communal areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
