We are currently looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. Working alongside our operations team, you will take ownership of awarded projects, planning, coordinating and controlling delivery from handover through to completion. Based in our Norwich head office, this is a full-time permanent position working 7.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday, offering a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE.

Main duties
- Planning and coordinating awarded project (dates, sequencing, resources, access and materials)
- Preparing complete project packs in advance, including RAMS, programmes and logistics
- Overseeing the progress of live projects and supporting site teams in working to pre-agreed deadlines
- Acting as the main operational point of contact for clients during delivery
- Monitoring programme and scope, escalating risks, delays or variations early
- Managing project close-out and handover summaries
Required skills
- Highly organised with strong planning and coordination skills
- Confident managing multiple live projects simultaneously
- Calm, clear communicator with a structured approach
- Experience in construction, coatings or similar operational environments
- Confident using project management and CRM systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft platforms
- Comfortable working with digital project packs and documentation
- Able to follow and work within structured systems and workflows
