Our client, a global consulting and transformation leader, is seeking a Manager to join their CPG Strategy & Activation Practice. As a client-facing leader, you will structure complex problems and embed AI into proposals and roadmaps for some of the world's most recognised consumer brands.
- Deliver consulting engagements across commerce, CX, and transformation
- Structure workstreams, synthesize insights, and deliver executive-level outputs
- Conduct gap analysis, journey mapping, and Target Operating Model (TOM) workshops with client stakeholders
- Collaborate with global and offshore delivery teams
- Previous work experience with CPG and retail clients
- Track record in commerce, CX, or marketing transformation
- Willingness to travel
- Analytical, structured, and creative problem solver
- MBA qualification
