About the Role
As part of our Safe and Secure Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and team. You’ll provide a visible presence across the Pier, respond to incidents, and support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of a busy, dynamic attraction.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong and visible security presence across the Pier.
- Monitor guest behaviour and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
- Carry out regular patrols and safety checks across all areas.
- Respond to incidents quickly, calmly, and professionally.
- Support crowd management during busy periods and events.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Liaise with emergency services when required.
- Enforce site rules, policies, and relevant legislation.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
About You
- A valid SIA licence is required.
- Previous experience in a security role is desirable.
- Calm, professional, and confident approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with discretion.
- Observant, proactive, and reliable.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
