About the Role: As a Kiosk Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage kiosks across the site. You’ll lead by example on the front line, ensuring exceptional customer service, high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and smooth, efficient service during busy periods. You will support, train, and motivate kiosk attendants while working closely with management to deliver a consistently excellent guest experience across all outlets. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in busy environments, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering great service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of kiosks and food & beverage units across the site.
- Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Support, train, and coach kiosk attendants to maintain high standards.
- Allocate tasks, organise breaks, and support effective team coordination during busy periods.
- Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures are followed.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure kiosks are well stocked and prepared.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards across all units.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Support cash handling, reconciliation, and till accuracy across kiosks.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are secure and compliant.
- Work across multiple locations and support other units as required.
About You: Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment (supervisory experience preferred but not essential). Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach. Confident, friendly, and able to motivate a team in a busy environment. Highly organised with good attention to detail. Able to remain calm under pressure during peak trading periods. Committed to delivering excellent customer service. Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (training can be provided). Flexible to work weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and school holiday periods.
