Job Description

The postholder will deliver a range of essential statutory and core tasks in accordance with the provisions of relevant legislation and national and local guidance.

The postholder will carry out a number of duties independently and will be required to plan, develop and deliver certain aspects of the Social Work Service in line with Justice Service and Scottish Prison Service requirements. The postholder will also undertake duties that directly support Social Workers in carrying out their statutory duties as well as engage with other agencies and partners and represent the Social Work service at various multi-disciplinary forums and meetings.

Further guidance will follow in your conditional offer of employment on how to apply. Please note you will be required to pay for the cost of this application if your salary is over Β£38,000 per annum, which will be deducted from your first pay.
