The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 € per year.

To support the Strategic Director and People Directorate with:

  • Systems administrator for schools management information system (currently SEEMIS)
  • Liaising with school staff to ensure they are able to provide accurate and timely data for the management information system
  • Providing reports from SEEMIS system to stakeholders including headteachers, senior managers and Scottish Government
  • Providing advice, guidance and training to users of SEEMIS system
  • Developing a culture and standard of high performance
  • Leading designated initiatives and thematic projects
  • Managing school admissions including taking decisions on placing requests that meet the needs of schools and comply with relevant legislation and guidance
  • Providing the Chief Education Officer with forward planning data on projected school rolls
  • Providing advice to the Chief Planning Officer and elected members on the implications for schools of new planning applications

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Clackmannanshire Council. Further guidance will follow in your conditional offer of employment on how to apply. Please note you will be required to pay for the cost of this application if your salary is over £38,000 per annum, which will be deducted from your first pay.
