- To provide a customer focused, efficient and effective mail service and be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers.
- To undertake the range of duties required to fulfil the role of Council Officer, supporting the civic functions of the Council
- To assist in the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible service by working as part of the wider team.
- To provide services of a standard that demonstrates attention to detail, good judgment, effective organisational skills, support the safe and secure delivery of Council Services and excellent team working.
- To contribute to the safe operation of Council services and premises.
