The predicted salary is between 12000 - 18000 £ per year.
Please note as this post is part time term time, your salary will be pro rata to hours and weeks worked. If you start out with the normal school session, an adjustment will be made to reduce your first pay. This is because you are not entitled to be paid for all holidays. Once this adjustment has been completed, you will receive a 12th of your annual salary thereafter. You will receive an email from our payroll department before your first pay is due to advise of the amount that will be deducted. If you start on the first day of term, this will not apply to you.
Ensure the smooth running of the school office, following systems and processes. Support school team with administrative duties which include:
- TechOne – finance system (training available)
- Seemis - registration system (training available)
- Part of the week in nursery and the rest of the week carrying out duties within the school office
- Filing/photocopying/mail/Emails/Letters
- Money handling
- Taking minutes of meetings

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Clackmannanshire Council. Further guidance will follow in your conditional offer of employment on how to apply. Please note you will be required to pay for the cost of this application if your salary is over £38,000 per annum, which will be deducted from your first pay.
