Job Description

To assist in the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible administrative support service by working as part of the Revenues Team.

To provide a customer focused service as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers. Enquiries can be from both internal and external sources including colleagues from other Council Services and members of the public looking for information on any aspect of Revenues Services.

To provide business support services of a standard that demonstrates attention to detail, good judgement, effective organisational skills and excellent team working.
