TEMPORARY POST UNTIL 01/09/2025
To liaise with all parties involved in implementing the Housing Capital Programme and in particular to perform the following key functions:
- Carry out quality checking on Capital Programme upgrade works to ensure value for money.
- Liaise between the Housing Investment Team, Housing Management Operational Team, other Council services, external contractors and tenants in the delivery of successful upgrade programmes.
- Organise Tenant Choice activities involved in the programme.
- Administer Tenant Satisfaction measures in relation to the Housing Capital Programme.
- Record Capital Programme Data in Property IT Databases and analyse the information within the Asset Database.
- Assess site works and ensure that Health and Safety Practices are being stringently followed as per the agreed contract.
