Overview
Two part-time posts based at Larbert Police Office. Post 1 works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Post 2 works Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Salary is pro rata to hours worked. The postholders may be required to successfully complete the Non-Police Personnel Vetting process (Level 3).
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient, effective and flexible administrative support to the Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) of the Forth Valley responsible authorities.
- Carry out high-precision minuting of complex multi-agency meetings and distribute notes within strict deadlines.
- Provide a customer-focused service as the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking information about MAPPA.
