To assist in the provision in the day to day administration of service requests to the IT Service Desk, first tier support of fault reports, procurement of ICT goods and services, liaison with external suppliers and 3rd party hardware and software support agencies. Log service requests in the call tracking and service desk system and resolve or allocate to relevant teams and staff for action. Provide mobile phone administration, including contract management, configuration of standards billing reports, invoicing of bills, procurement of goods and services and fault reporting with the mobile phone service provider.
