To provide an efficient and effective Electrical service with the ability and skills to carry out all electrical works installations, testing and repairs work to the benefit and need of the Maintenance Service.
The post holder key functions and qualifications to include:
- Electrical repairs fault finding and associated works.
- Application and Knowledge of current 18th Edition wiring regulations and display a good level of experience in the electrical testing of domestic and public buildings.
- Organising own work in conjunction with the Coordinator/supervisor, and decide on best methodology in the execution of such work.
As a representative of the maintenance service, the post holder will ensure the Council’s values are promoted in every aspect of their work, with the objective to provide a seamless high-quality response to the customer needs.
