Provision of school meals. To undertake, normally under direct supervision, preparation and simple cooking, serving of food, kitchen duties.

  • Basic food prep, simple cooking, sandwich & salad preparation
  • General kitchen & dining room duties, eg. Setting up and clearing away equipment, crockery and tables, cleaning of kitchen
  • Maintaining good hygiene, Health & Safety and customer relations within the unit.
  • Other duties as requested by the Senior Catering Assistant/Catering Supervisor.

Please note you will be required to pay for the cost of this application if your salary is over £38,000 per annum, which will be deducted from your first pay.
