To provide an efficient and effective labouring service with the ability and skills to carry out all general labouring works involved within the Maintenance Service. Driving vans, lorries, pickups etc. As a representative of the Maintenance Service, the Operative will ensure the Council's values are promoted in every aspect of their work, with the remit to provide a seamless high-quality response to the customers' needs. The Operative will demonstrate high personal and professional standards, especially in respect of quality and customer service.
Clackmannanshire Council operates a flexible hybrid approach for those roles that allow this type of working. Attendance at the office will be required to meet the needs of the business and to build team and stakeholder relationships.
