We are now inviting applications for housekeeping staff to join the team. Live in accommodation is available if required. You need to be a self-starter, and keen to get stuck in. You should also be aware of personal and food hygiene matters, and health and safety procedures. You must be keen to learn new skills and acquire detailed product knowledge. You must be presentable in the eyes of our wide range of customers from all walks of life.

Our Housekeeping team start at 08.00 where they will serve our residents breakfast. After breakfast, you will assist in cleaning the hotel including 23 rooms and 7 self-catering properties. Duties will include:

  • Breakfast service
  • Cleaning public areas, excluding the bar areas
  • Servicing bedrooms
  • Servicing self-catering properties
  • Taking delivery of laundry and stock deliveries

Previous experience of similar work is an advantage, but not essential. A cheery, positive, can-do attitude is essential. Full time hours, usually based on 30+ hours per week. We aim to provide 2 clear days off each week, and usually achieve this. Monthly pay with a rate of £12.95 per hour plus a share of tips. Medium to long term commitment. References are essential. Part time considered if you live locally.
