Salary: £37k - £49k depending on the level of experience. The role also attracts a non contractual 14% bonus which gets awarded annually.
Your role in our team:
Working as part of the CUK Academy Team, the Technical Instructor (mid-level) is responsible for the delivery of apprenticeship programme across the dealer network. The role requires solid technical knowledge and teaching ability to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Main Duties:
- Training Course Development
- Plan and prepare training courses on agricultural machinery and associated technologies and/or related topics for both face to face and virtual training.
- Develop and update training materials to reflect current products, processes and industry standards.
- Support the continuous improvement of training programs based on feedback and industry trends.
- Support on global academy projects and topics.
