Your Role In Our Team

Under the direction of the Head of After Sales, the After Sales Business Manager will provide sales support to our distribution network on all matters relating to our after sales business. You will manage our high dealer standards in accordance with CLAAS requirements and bring a closer focus on parts and service activities to work together, and enhance visibility of core solutions offered by CLAAS and our key partners. This role will involve travel to our UK and Ireland dealers with the main office being based either within the after sales department at Saxham, Bury St Edmunds or remote based depending on location.

Main duties will include:

  • Undertake significant responsibility for promoting and managing the implementation and ongoing development of the CLAAS After Sales business products, including MAXICARE, Maintenance Contracts and CLAAS Inspection checks, in line with the company strategy.
  • Focus on development of Parts and After Market activities through retail to customer, including using potential analysis to drive sales.
  • Liaison with appropriate internal experts to promote and develop proactive parts.
