Your role in our team:
As CLAAS Global Retail we are a well-established dealer in the agricultural machinery industry. With 18 sites across the UK, we are on a mission to continue driving growth and exceeding revenue targets. All whilst maintaining our high level of customer service and performance.
- The CUK Retail (CUKR) General Manager is responsible for providing the strategic leadership that drives the sustained growth and profitability of a multi-site agriculture machinery dealership chain within the assigned territory. The position consistently ensures the highest level of support and service to its customers.
- The role is responsible for leading a dealership brand and culture that is fully aligned with the Global CLAAS Retail strategy.
Your profile:
- The General Manager has the necessary competencies to effectively manage multi-site locations and is responsible for overall business planning and results including, but not limited to:
- cultivating and transforming processes to support sales (new and used)
- parts and service
- appropriate inventory management
- accounting and finance functions
- management and development of dealership personnel
- safety.
- The position will ensure the marketing is in line with corporate guidelines.
- This role has overall responsibility for developing co-operative relationships with key stakeholders and shareholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Ag economics or related field highly desired or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of related experience in dealer operations and a growing retail business within relevant industry sectors.
