We are seeking an HR Administrator for Retail on a one year contract to provide comprehensive, efficient and timely administration support to the HR Managers Retail. The role will encompass all aspects of HR administration for Retail, including administrative management of staff information, recruitment administration, compliance checks and reporting. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, proactive, adaptable and enthusiastic.
Main Duties:
- Starter process - preparing the offer letter, induction pack, writing of contracts, requesting references, pre-employment checks, self-service portal, holiday allocation, pension joining administration.
- Leavers process - resignation acceptance letter, holiday calculation, payroll update, collection of Company equipment.
- Processing of timesheets - consulting with all our sites to ensure timely information is received, chasing outstanding paperwork and feeding information to our payroll provider.
- Advertising - using the CLAAS International Job Board, Indeed, Homepage, and any other specialist recruitment methods including agencies.
- Assist with changes and amendments to contracts and benefits.
- Assist HR Managers Retail with headcount allocation and requests on Success Factors by managing vacancies in relation to starters and leavers and submitting headcount requests agreed.
- Other HR project work as and when required.
Your Profile
- Experience of working in an HR/workforce administrative role and understanding of HR processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation.
- Previous experience of dealing with external payroll providers and processing payroll information.
- Experience of work involving regular and accurate data inputting.
- Experience of working with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
