Responsibilities

  • Leverage experience in sales within the agricultural machinery sector to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Sell new and used machinery, ensuring a proven track record of success.
  • Manage and value all used machinery across all seven MANNS locations, including sales in the UK and internationally.
  • Liaise with sales and service teams to ensure machines are prepared to the required standard.
  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing activities to extend reach and connect with customers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong background in agricultural machinery sales, both new and used.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Proven ability to generate sales in the UK and international markets.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Willingness to work harvest hours and out‑of‑season hours as required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
