Your role in our team:
- An exciting opportunity has arisen within the CLAAS UK Academy team for a technical trainer, responsible for our developing tractor products including tractor engines.
- We are looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about sharing technical knowledge and has the ability to inspire others. While previous training experience is desirable it’s not an essential as coaching and training will be given for the right candidate.
- Main Duties:
- Plan and prepare all course materials and resources
- Development of blended learning materials for on-line training and assessments
- Delivery of technical training via virtual and presence training methods
- Monitoring of market trends to tailor training to dealer needs
- Promote best practice within the dealer network
Your profile:
- Essential Skills & Knowledge:
• Excellent communicator and ability to deliver effective presentations
• Industry recognised qualification and extensive practical experience
• Knowledge of current tractors and engines, their functionalities and control systems
• Experience as a service technician in the agriculture industry
• Passion and drive to offer a high-quality service to our customers
• Attention to detail
• Deep knowledge of vehicle hydraulic and electrical systems
• Strong IT skills
