What you’ll be doing… This new role is an exciting and varied, commercially focused role supporting our Product Management, Sales and Pricing teams across Australia and New Zealand and will provide key analytical support across sales order planning, pricing, CRM reporting, market analysis and sales programs. With support from the Group Product Controller, your portfolio will work closely with Product Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Pricing and Costing, Logistics, Finance and Technology teams to ensure high‑quality insights inform business decisions.
The BIG things you’ll take charge of:
- Supporting the monthly Sales Order Planning (SOP) process, including supply and demand modelling by product, region and supplier
- Preparing sales, stock, pipeline and lost‑sales reporting to support ordering and allocation decisions
- Maintaining market analysis for Australia and New Zealand
- Supporting CRM analytics, KPI dashboards and data integrity across the sales organisation
- Assisting with the development, execution and monitoring of sales programs
- Supporting retail machine pricing activities, including pricing updates, analysis and scenario modelling
- Preparing reporting for suppliers and external partners
- Actively contributing to Group objectives and supporting colleagues as required
About you!
- Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, supply chain or a related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in a commercial, product, sales, pricing or business analyst role
- Experience in pricing, sales planning, inventory or market analysis within the agriculture industry is highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI experience (preferred)
- Comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems, data models and dashboards
- Highly analytical, detail‑focused and confident managing competing priorities
- Communicate clearly and can present insights to a broad range of stakeholders
- Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting continuous improvement
