About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of wholesale machinery across New Zealand.
This role is responsible for coordinating machine logistics, maintaining accurate equipment and ERP data, managing machine dispatch and returns, and ensuring all machines are delivered to specification and in saleable condition.
Working closely with suppliers, freight providers, dealers, and internal teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless machine movements, accurate documentation, and efficient operational support across our nationwide network.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery and movement of machinery across New Zealand, ensuring equipment arrives on time and to specification.
- Provide administrative and logistics support for machine ordering, sales orders, stock control and invoicing.
- Support the Product Team with machine information, relocations, supply of demonstration and training machinery.
- Maintain accurate ERP and logistics records while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.

You are confident managing multiple priorities, have a proactive approach to problem solving, and take pride in delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.
With strong administration and system skills, you can maintain accurate records, coordinate complex logistics activities, and build positive working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
You also won’t be afraid to get hands on and complete some devanning when required.
- Your expertise
- Proven experience in logistics, stock control, or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of maintaining accurate data and documentation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Agricultural machinery knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and freight or shipping processes.
- Full Class 1 Drivers Licences and Forklift
- MPI accreditation or willingness to obtain.
