Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of responsive mobile applications and frontend systems. Define and enforce automated frontend testing frameworks, including component-based validation using tools like Selenium. Establish business logic structures, user interface standards, and responsive design guidelines for high-impact user-facing platforms. Drive UI/UX strategy to ensure interfaces are intuitive, accessible, and optimised for mobile-first performance. Continuously evaluate frontend performance and device compatibility to maintain seamless multi-platform experiences. Oversee the frontend quality assurance lifecycle, ensuring thorough automated test coverage for all deployments. Direct the ongoing enhancement and systems integration of the BIM-AM Portal, asset information platform, and Common Data Environment (CDE) with both internal and external solutions. Support feasibility studies, user requirements analysis, system design, and data integration from CDE, BMS, BIM, and IoT sensor networks. Collaborate across the full software development lifecycle, working closely with internal development teams and external contractors to deliver robust solutions.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
- At least 4 years’ experience in:
- IT Application Development and Management
- JavaScript Programming
- Structured Query Language
- Web Programming
- Web Services
- Proven expertise in architecting and leading the development of full-stack applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, and ReactJS
- Deep understanding of architectural design for relational and non-relational database systems, specifically PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Strong API design and programming experience for complex systems integration and backend services
- Extensive experience in UI/UX strategy and governing responsive design standards to ensure high-performance mobile-first interfaces
- Experience in the full system development lifecycle from project initiation, user requirement collection, to architectural system development
- Possess experience in Web Application design, Software development and application maintenance processes, including Incident management
