We are looking for an organised and motivated Contract Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a strong team player, confident communicating with customers, and able to manage day-to-day operational planning.
Working Hours Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Managing contracts and supporting daily operations
- Conducting Microsoft Teams meetings with clients and internal teams
- Responding to customer emails professionally and efficiently
- Handling incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
- Planning and coordinating weekly production schedules
- Working closely with management and production teams
- Visiting customer sites for face-to-face meetings when required
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the business
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for meetings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using email and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Professional telephone manner
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a growing team
- Previous experience in contract management or administration preferred
