We are looking for an organised and motivated Contract Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a strong team player, confident communicating with customers, and able to manage day-to-day operational planning.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing contracts and supporting daily operations
  • Conducting Microsoft Teams meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Responding to customer emails professionally and efficiently
  • Handling incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
  • Planning and coordinating weekly production schedules
  • Working closely with management and production teams
  • Visiting customer sites for face-to-face meetings when required
  • Supporting the continued growth and development of the business

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites for meetings
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using email and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a growing team
  • Previous experience in contract management or administration preferred
