One of our Manufacturing clients in the Ammanford area is looking for additional team members to join their expanding Foundry Department. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, be a team player and extremely reliable. The candidate will possess a natural ability and willingness to learn and full on the job training will be provided. The candidate must be able to work in full PPE and ideally have experience working to Health and Safety standards. The candidate must be reasonably physically fit to meet the demands of the job and able to follow detailed written instructions. Throughout the department, the candidate will learn each process and procedure, and will be able to quickly take responsibility for each aspect of the work. Experience with lift operation, pallet and forklift trucks, that would be beneficial, but again, this training will be provided in-house. This is a 3-shift pattern, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week. The opportunity to progress will also be reflected in your salary. Excellent benefits, which will be discussed fully at interview.
