As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading the planning, scheduling, and distribution lifecycle at the site, managing the end-to-end supply chain process, working closely with all departments and being an integral link to the business.
The key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and develop the supply chain;
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and distribution;
- Manage the full end-to-end supply chain process, including KPI tracking and reporting;
- Collaborate with all departments;
- Lead and develop the teams.
Ideally, you will have extensive experience in supply chain management, specifically within manufacturing; a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and KPI metrics; the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. Experience in logistics and supply chain management will be crucial in driving operational excellence.
You will develop and maintain effective supply chain strategies to improve overall efficiency; analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the supply chain; collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods; implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Kaizen to enhance operational performance; demonstrate excellent use of ERP systems for data analysis and reporting; monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes to minimise shortages or excess; prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics and present findings to management; and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the supply chain process.
