Are you a passionate and driven solicitor ready to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives? Join CL Medilaw, a leading medical negligence and catastrophic injury team dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by life-changing injuries. It’s an exciting time as we continue to expand our Court of Protection team and we are growing the team across our offices nationally.
We are looking for lawyers with a background in court of protection work dealing with management of property and financial affairs for clients suffering from brain injury. We have a substantial number of professional deputyships currently and these are increasing rapidly alongside the clinical negligence, cerebral palsy and other brain injury work the team specialise in. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team handling the most complex, high value cases.
Our court of protection team currently are based mainly in our Reading, Oxford, Wilmslow, Kings Hill, Lincoln and Brighton offices but we are also developing court of protection expertise across all of the CL Medilaw office locations. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues working as one team with the CL Medilaw clinical negligence and serious injury team, in an environment where your contribution is recognized and valued.
We actively encourage and support team members to develop their career and promotional path within the CL Medilaw and Knights group. We are looking for individuals with strong technical ability, excellent client care skills, an empathetic approach, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Even though this opportunity is listed as Oxford, the team currently operates out of a number of offices nationwide, and you will be part of that genuine supportive culture that we have across the country within a 100 person strong specialist team. Therefore you could be based out of a separate office if more applicable.
