The Role(s):
We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Kings Hill office as we continue to grow. The role will include working with more experienced colleagues on serious/ catastrophic injury cases.
Person Specification:
- Good organisation skills and methodical
- Willing to learn
- Hard working – we are very busy!
- Attention to detail
- Able to work both in a team and independently on tasks
- Prepared to volunteer for tasks and roles within the team/willing to “have a go”
- Reliable
- Empathetic/good listener – the issues our cases cover can be sensitive/emotional/difficult and require supporting our clients through difficult times and investigations.
- It helps if they have some understanding of clinical negligence/personal injury/civil procedure, but not essential
- Able to offer any skills to help promote the CL Medilaw brand: social media, blogs, articles etc (desirable, but not essential)
- Sense of humour – we like to have fun!
