We Are Looking For Highly Customer-focused Individuals To Join Our Existing Customer Service Team In Wigan. As a Control Room Operative, You Will Provide Professional And Helpful Responses To Customers Whilst Maintaining The Highest Service Standards.
Shift Pattern
- Working 3 days out of 7 - Inclusive of weekends.
- 3 x 12 hour shifts, 3 days off and this will repeat.
- Working hours between 8AM - 8PM
- 1x Hour Lunch, 2x 20 minute break
Responsibilities
- Take inbound telephone calls
- Respond to email enquiries
- Take intercom calls
- Ensure the accuracy of information provided is paramount
- Certify accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Assisting with the Irish Clamp release
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent customer services skills

- Experience of working in the parking industry is desirable but not essential
