CKB Recruitment is working with a long-established specialist insurance broker that is looking to recruit a Fleet Insurance Account Handler for its Liverpool office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team, managing and supporting a growing portfolio of fleet, multi-vehicle and commercial motor clients.
The Role
You will act as a key point of contact for clients and insurers, providing day-to-day policy support and ensuring customers receive an accurate, responsive and professional service.
- Working closely with the Fleet Managers, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the onboarding of new fleet and commercial motor clients
- Handling client and insurer enquiries by telephone and email
- Processing mid-term adjustments and policy documentation
- Maintaining accurate records on CRM and policy administration systems
- Monitoring renewal dates, deadlines and outstanding actions
- Working with underwriters to resolve cover queries and policy issues
- Building strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities across commercial insurance products
- Following internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
- What We Are Looking For
To be considered, you will need
- At least 1 years experience dealing with commercial insurance
- Experience dealing with commercial fleet risks.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Experience using CRM, broking or policy administration systems
- A proactive, customer-focused and solution-driven approach
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
