Job Description
A well-established insurance group with multiple sites across the UK, renowned as a Wheels specialist, is seeking to appoint a new Renewal Advisor to join their Taxi Insurance team based in Glasgow (G4).
This position is part of their existing business team, with the primary purpose of providing renewal insurance quotations for Public and Private Hire insurance clients. The role involves dealing with clients over the phone and via email to maximize retention targets through efficient communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, the candidate will act as the Deputy Manager in this office, supporting the Head of Renewals, who manages teams across the group from another location. Therefore, they require an experienced wheels-based insurance professional with leadership skills.

Minimum requirements include at least 2 years of insurance experience, gained at either a broker or insurer, specifically in wheels-based insurance, such as Private Motor, Commercial Vehicle, Taxi, or Motor Trade.
Salary on offer is £24-28k, plus bonuses (around £325 per month), with 20 days of holiday to start.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
