Following continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Domestic Loss Adjuster to join their team, covering Scotland and Northern Ireland. This is a home-based field role offering plenty of autonomy, supported by a highly experienced and approachable team. You will manage a varied caseload of domestic property claims, handling each case from initial instruction through to settlement. Every day will be different, with the opportunity to investigate losses, solve problems and help customers through what can often be a stressful and difficult experience. Managing a varied caseload of domestic property claims Assessing policy coverage, damage and potential claim values Liaising with policyholders, insurers, brokers, contractors and specialist suppliers Negotiating fair and appropriate claim settlements Identifying potential fraud, recovery and subrogation opportunities Delivering excellent customer service throughout the claims journey You will need previous experience working as a Domestic Loss Adjuster and should be comfortable managing claims independently in the field. Strong technical knowledge of domestic property insurance claims Strong communication and relationship-building skills A full UK driving licence The flexibility to travel throughout Scotland and Northern Ireland Professional insurance or loss adjusting qualifications would be welcomed but are not essential where suitable experience can be demonstrated. 500 per month car allowance (£6,000 per annum) ~ Annual bonus ~ Home-based working ~ This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable Domestic Loss Adjuster who takes pride in delivering quality work and wants to become an important part of a business where people are trusted, supported and genuinely valued.
